Stress & Physics

Stress is nearly as common place as air itself.  But what do we really know about it? Everything in the universe is made up of energy, so stress must be an energy. If we understand the energy of stress the possibilities flourish.

When we look at the cellular make up of stress its no longer just an allusive emotion. It now has substance. Through the physics of stress it becomes easier to understand it; know what its potentials are; understand what area of the body it would gravitate towards; but also its greatest weakness.

For the point of clarity most people would agree that stress is typically a negative emotion. Because it is a negative emotion it has specific characteristics. Physics established that negative energy attracts negative energy.  The typical effect of stress is to draw additional negative energy.  It is also predictable that the energy of stress will be drawn to the weakest part of the body.  That would be to the area where the greatest levels of negative energy already existed.

On the other side of the coin all negative energy has one absolute vulnerability. That is LIGHT. Its not the kind of light we can produce.  Its not even the light of the sun.  Its the light of knowledge.  Light is positive energy. Positive energy consumes negative energy.

These are laws in physics. They can’t be tampered with. They can’t be broken.  They are absolute. Light (knowledge) consumes darkness (lack of knowledge). Once knowledge is gained ignorance is no longer pertinent.
